The Front Desk Agent is the shining star of our guest experience, mastering the art of customer service and communication to create a seamless and inviting stay for all our guests. This pivotal role not only manages guest interactions but also keeps the front desk running.
A Day in the Life:
- You will anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests in a timely manner.
- You will maintain positive guest relations at all times.
- You will resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- You will maintain a complete knowledge of: hotel features/services, hours of operations, room rates, special packages and promotions, daily house count and expected arrivals/departures, and scheduled daily group activities.
- You will process all guest check-ins, and verify registration information with the guest.
- You will handle overbooked or 'walked' guests.
- You will accept and record wake-up call requests.
- You will communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (i.e., special requests, amenity delivery).
- You will train with and learn Food and Beverage operations to fill in as needed.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to guests, maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor at all times. Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Communication: Effectively convey information and ideas, and address guest inquiries and issues promptly. Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to resolve guest concerns.
- Multitasking Ability: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Financial Skills: Work with and understand financial information, performing basic arithmetic functions as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.

This role is ideal for someone with prior kitchen experience who is looking to grow into a leadership or specialized culinary position.As a Kitchen Associate, you will support daily kitchen operations, assist with food prep and cooking, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborate closely with chefs and front-of-house staff. This role offers hands-on experience and a clear pathway for advancement to Kitchen Supervisor, Line Lead, or Sous Chef roles based on performance, reliability, and skill development.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating according to recipes and standards
- Ensure kitchen stations are clean, organized, and well-stocked

Qualifications:

- Reliable transportation and punctuality
Opportunities for Advancement:Team members demonstrating leadership, initiative, and technical culinary skills may be considered for promotion to Kitchen Lead, Sous Chef, or Management Trainee positions.
