About Us:
We're seeking a meticulous and reliable Bookkeeper to join our finance team and ensure the accuracy of our daily financial operations, playing a vital role in our continued growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions (debits/credits) accurately in the general ledger.
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing and bill payments.
Process payroll and benefits administration.
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Generate basic financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) for management.
Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
Proficiency with accounting software “Quickbooks Desktop”
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word
Understanding of GAAP/bookkeeping principles.
Proven understanding of accounting principles and best bookkeeping practices
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Strong data entry and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills for vendor/client interaction.
High School Diploma/GED; Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
Minimum 2 years of Experience working in Accounting and Quickbooks Desktop
Experience working in a “multiple entity” business atmosphere.
