Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Manager Core Infrastructure. Primary Function: Lead HVCU infrastructure team in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available systems. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence, automation, and cloud-native technologies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of servers, networks, storage, and cloud infrastructure
- Develop and execute a forward-looking infrastructure roadmap aligned with business goals, scalability needs, and emerging technologies

- Supervise and lead a team of payment operations specialists, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
- Monitor daily payment processing activities including ACH, wire transfers, check processing, and internal settlements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., NACHA, PCI-DSS), and industry standards.
- Identify and support process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain and update SOPs, training materials, and audit documentation.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and metrics to inform leadership and help inform strategic decisions.
- Manage internal escalations and exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new payment technologies or platforms.
- Participate in audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reviews as needed.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Primary Function: Define the north star of marketing by translating enterprise priorities into audience‑centric strategies that resonate across channels. Serve as a trusted partner to the Executive Management Committee and connects vision to execution. Champion segmentation, member journeys, and lifecycle marketing as essential growth levers, while leading adoption of data‑driven insights and performance frameworks to bring rigor and accountability. Foster a culture of curiosity, empathy, and collaboration, guiding teams to anticipate market shifts, adapt strategies with agility, and continually elevate the member experience.
