• Accurately process transactions. Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Commercial Credit Analyst II. Primary Function: Perform in-depth commercial credit analyses, generally on the more complex or time sensitive files, on a timely basis that are consistent with HVCU format, policy and procedures, including making recommendations on approval and determining appropriate risk ratings for all types of commercial products, with little guidance from the Commercial Lending leadership team.

The salary range for this role is between $88,000.00 and $104,500.00 annuallly. 

• Perform in-depth commercial credit analyses, generally on the more complex and time sensitive files that are consistent with HVCU format, policy and procedures, comprehensive and contain thorough and relevant analysis, and are free of typographical, grammatical and mathematical errors that require limited or no editing by the Supervisor, Commercial Credit/AVP, Commercial Lending.  To include identifying recurring and non-recurring sources of cash flow, the Borrower’s ability to cover debt service, and the ability of the guarantor to support the Borrower.

• Create and maintain the credit union’s overall Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, policies, and procedures in alignment with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of user identities and access, from initial provisioning and role assignment to regular access reviews and timely de-provisioning.

• Translate leadership reporting needs and integrate industry data analytic trends to define and deliver a business analytics strategy and roadmap. Champion and lead data consolidation, reporting, dashboard, and business analytics programs.
• Oversee the technical operations of the Member Operations analytical area including report and dashboard project management, code review, and data warehouse architecture decisions.
• Responsible for timely implementation, testing, integration and monitoring of new custom programming to support Member Operations’ initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field required.
• License/Certification ITILv3 Foundation or higher  (or within 1 year) required.
• License/Certification CCNP, CCDP, JNCIP preferred.
• License/Certification Mircrosoft Azure Data Engineer preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience Data Wharehousing, Data Lakes and big date platforms required. 
• Minimum 5 years Python experience Han)ds-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or similar platforms required. 
• Minimum 5 years Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark) required.
• Minimum 3 years Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure preferred), automation concepts required.
