• Responsible for the development and maintenance of external relationships for referral sources within the community including, but not limited to, realtors, builders and other affinity groups. Utilize various techniques including cold-calling, letter writing and group presentations. Attend functions relative to the position to build rapport within the community.

Primary Function: Perform in-depth commercial credit analyses, generally on the more complex or time sensitive files, on a timely basis that are consistent with HVCU format, policy and procedures, including making recommendations on approval and determining appropriate risk ratings for all types of commercial products, with little guidance from the Commercial Lending leadership team.

The salary range for this role is between $88,000.00 and $104,500.00 annuallly.

• Oversee and continuously enhance quality control programs across loan originations, servicing, collections, and credit reporting, applying expert-level knowledge of investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, FHLB), TRID, ATR/QM, ECOA, HMDA, and servicing regulations to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, secondary market standards, and internal policies and procedures.

• Use working knowledge obtained from the Series 7 & 66 certifications to support new memberships, accounts, loans, and investment services for members. Utilize resources to ensure quality member service.
• Monitor and complete member care calls and assist with loan queues to expand on cross-selling opportunities. Support Contact Center with inbound member calls as necessary.

This includes monitoring accounts to ensure timely debt repayment or strategic asset liquidation, with the goal of minimizing loss and maximizing recovery. The position involves thorough analysis of loan accounts to determine optimal resolutions while maintaining strict compliance with federal and state regulations as well as HVCU policies. Additional duties include conducting site visits, participating in member meetings, and providing ongoing support to the Director of Member Debt Solutions and the Chief Credit Officer.

• Accurately process transactions. Educate members about the most convenient way to complete transaction processing in the branch and through other channels such as Internet Banking, the mobile app, audio response, the Contact Center, etc. Resolve member complaints and concerns quickly and efficiently and involve other functional areas as needed.
  
• Responsible for handling large volumes of cash and negotiable items. Assists management with daily operational tasks including operator, ATM, TellerInfinity and branch proof.
  
• Open new memberships, new accounts, new loans and process loan and account transactions. Refer members to branch business partners for consultation on Financial Services, Insurance Services, Real Estate and Business products as appropriate to meet member needs.
  
• Consistently follow all applicable policies and procedures. Utilize required programs and systems to assist with cross selling HVCU products and services.
  
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of credit union products and services through ongoing training and education. Train new Universal Branch Associates as needed.
  
• Meet or exceed established individual and team goals through the consistent application of the HVCU Sales and Service model in all member interactions. Support the successful implementation of marketing programs and promotions by creating member awareness.

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Manager Facilities Maintenance. Primary Function: Manage properties, physical security and daily operations, including after-hour (24 hours per day/7 days per week) calls of the General Services Department. Oversee General Services operating budget, assist with major building projects and Disaster Recovery Plan.

• Responsible for the daily operations of the General Services Department, including after-hour calls (24/7) as they arise. Respond and direct necessary support and resources to an emergency, including but not limited to, fire, first aid, building systems failure, breakdown, power outages, etc. Respond rapidly to any operational issues uncovered during property inspections.
  
• Maintain all buildings and grounds owned by HVCU, directing staff and vendors and overseeing upkeep of HVAC systems, equipment and supplies. Ensure physical safety and security of all facilities, as well as adherence to all Federal and State Laws (i.e. OSHA, ATM Safety, ADA, etc.).
  
• Interview, hire, manage and develop department staff. Set staff goals and monitor performance to goals. Conduct regular department and one-on-one meetings to communicate organizational and/or departmental changes, updates and process improvements as well as to collaborate with employees on their on-going development plans.
  
• Assist the AVP, General Services and Physical Sec Officer with complex projects involving new construction, building renovations and relocations. Ensure adherence to budget and schedule. Attend municipal planning board meetings, as needed.
  
• Manage vendor relationships. Ensure deadlines are met and quality of service is maintained. Conduct vendor analysis to measure competitiveness and recommend changes or modifications, as necessary, for management review. Negotiate vendor contracts and present recommendations for Management approval.
  
• Organize and conduct fire and emergency drills at all Credit Union facilities. Provide remedial correction when required.
  
• Ensure appropriate departmental policies and procedures are developed, maintained and followed.
  
• Manage tenant relationships and property maintenance for tenant occupied buildings, and foreclosure properties.
  
• Provide recommendations for departmental expenditures and participate in the annual budget process.
