Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of IT Automation Analyst I. Primary Function: enhance the efficiency and reliability of our HVCU systems and processes through automation. Work with direct Supervisor/Manager, to help review, design, develop, implement, and support automated solutions that streamline processes and reduce manual intervention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure that the solutions align with business objectives.
Responsibilities

- Review current processes with a focus on simplification and clarity ensuring they align to current business objectives.
- Develop, edit, and validate reports, dashboards and other data exports to improve operational visibility and to support business needs.
- Create change records in compliance with change standards, as needed to support the organization.
- Perform self-assessments of key processes and/or data to ensure processes are effectively being utilized by cross functional teams.
- Prioritizing and managing own workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines while ensuring accuracy of data and information is a priority.
- Oversee the maintenance and enforcement of SDLC and ITSM processes, change management procedures, departmental standards, style requirements and all other procedures necessary for data and system integrity.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Primary Function: manage a team responsible for the development planning, design, operational readiness, and support cloud computing of the automation platform including, but not limited to RPA, Batch, and CI/CD. This will require both technical and leadership competencies to manage and help coordinate major initiatives, coordinating multiple departments, service lines, platforms, and various administrative interfaces with overall business/financial solutions. - Accurately process transactions.
