Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual who loves making a positive impact? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join a team in Dothan, AL in their financial planning office. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere while supporting the team with essential administrative and client service tasks in the financial industry. Candidates with a background in banking are encouraged to apply. In this position you will be answering incoming and making outgoing phone calls for a good part of your day. Basic Math skills are needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $16-18/hr
- Benefits: 15 days PTO, paid holidays, 401k plan with match.
- This is an in office position working in Dothan, Al Monday- Friday 8:30-5:00
Responsibilities and Skills Needed:
- Minimum 1 years experience in an administrative or financial industry role needed
- Computer Savvy in MS Office
- Understanding of basic math skills and enjoy working with numbers.
- Receive inbound and make outbound calls
- Greet clients, manage calls, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle mail, maintain office supplies, organize documents, and ensure a clean, welcoming office.
- Assist with client binders and delivery, and prepare gift bags for prospects.
- Manage team emails, coordinate internal scheduling, and support meeting preparations.
