So far, we are very pleased. We recently had a job posting that was on your site at the same time that it was on Monster.com. We had near 50 decent responses from your site and about 5 from Monster. In the end, we hired a gal that came as a response through your service. I find the site easy to use to post jobs, and appreciate the ability to have a company logo and colored background to the ad. I think it's those small things that also help. Overall, you just must be reaching the people who want to find a job. Because they seem to be using your service to get to people like me.
