POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Representative
DEPARTMENT: Central Operations Department/Administration Office
REPORTS TO: Central Operations Officer
Position is full-time in Central Operations and will report to the Central Operations Officer. The Central Operations Department handles time-sensitive tasks and an array of back-end operations tasks that are to be completed daily. A strong bank operations background is preferred, but not required. This position has a diverse range of responsibilities which include, but not limited to; providing excellent customer service by efficiently handling bookkeeping calls, providing general and technical support to customers and employees with respect to the Bank’s electronic banking products and services (Online Banking, Cash Management, Bill Pay, ACH Origination), processing remote deposits, and processing incoming/outgoing wires. Performs additional tasks as assigned. Works under general supervision and by following proper policies and procedures. Works on a Saturday rotation to cover branches as needed.
Some qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Must be computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Office products)
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Strong verbal (including phone etiquette), written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task with ease
- 2 yrs + experience in Bank Operations
- Must be reliable and ready to learn new duties with a positive attitude

Salary Range: $20.00 to $28.00 Hourly
Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
