POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Skillbuilder, you will provide targeted skill training to help with independent living and social skills. Goals that the Skill Builder will work on could be Career Planning, Self-Care, Daily Living, Housing, and Money Management, including establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, how to accept no as an answer, handling conflict with peers and authority figures, and using their coping skills when feeling dysregulated. You will report to the Program Coordinator and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- At a minimum, 50% of the work week is spent face-to-face with clients to provide services designated in the Treatment Plan.
- Provide services based on the youth's needs and preferences as identified in the Treatment Plan.
- Work with treatment team members to identify goals and objectives of treatment, including youth, families, school, and counselors.
- Complete all required documentation and submit it to the Supervisor within the required timeframes.
- Ability to work with diverse consumers who have mental health challenges and may be developmentally delayed. Understand their independent living needs to work with the case manager to find resources in the community for educational and vocational skills and programming for discharge.
Requirements and Education:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- At least 2 years of experience working with children
- Valid driver's license required

Description
Directly responsible for providing non-clinical services to individuals with mental health needs who reside in Saratoga County. This is an in person role, in Saratoga Springs, New York.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Facilitate the Peer Run Social Club.
- Provide coverage for Saratoga County Warm line as needed.
- Provide training and teach skills needed to navigate mental health services in Saratoga County to identified clients.
- Promotes socialization, recovery, self-sufficiency, development of natural supports as well as coping skills and goal setting for those individuals with mental health issues.
- Act as an advocate by assisting individuals with housing issues, medical concerns, therapy or medication related problems, employment goals, and basic budgeting skills.
- Assist with benefits counseling.
- Engage participants in shared decision making around services and recovery planning.
- Function as part of a participant’s treatment to ensure integrated, collaborative care.
- Assist participants with the identification of activities that promote a sense of prosocial community engagement.
- Participate in regularly scheduled supervisions.
- Complete daily case notes.
- Complete all required agency trainings as well as trainings and certifications set forth by the New York State Office of Mental Health.
- Must possess strong interpersonal boundaries.
- High School or GED required.
- At least two years’ experience with the Mental Health system in Saratoga County.
- Per regulatory requirements, must have life experience with mental health and/or recovery from
- substance abuse.
- Peer Empowerment Credential required for Adult HCBS.
- Must have a valid NYS Driver’s license. Ability to operate agency vehicles is required.

Job Summary | The Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute seeks applications for a tenure-track (or tenured) faculty position at the Associate Professor level in Business Analytics/Supply Chain Management starting Fall 2024. Candidates must have a PhD degree from an accredited university in Analytics, Operations Research, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field, along with demonstrated evidence to produce original and innovative scholarly work with publications in premier business journals. The successful candidate will join the School either as a tenure-track assistant professor, or as an associate professor, based on teaching and research experience and success. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated potential and commitment to effective teaching in our graduate and undergraduate degree programs in supply chain and business analytics, as well as provide service to the School of Management and to Rensselaer. The position requires excellence in research in the area of supply chain and analytics, effective written communication skills, and strong technical skills in areas such as analytical modeling, data management, machine learning and computation. Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and Blockchain and in topics relevant to global shifts in supply chains would be a plus. Job Summary | The Department of Biological Sciences at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY invites applications for tenure-track/tenured faculty positions at the Assistant, Associate, or full Professor levels. We seek passionate and innovative individuals with demonstrated potential to establish a strong externally funded research program and contribute to the teaching mission of the department. As an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist, you will bill for the program and services of Northern Rivers and Affiliates. In addition, you will collect on aged Accounts Receivable for Northern Rivers and Affiliates. You will report to the AR Coordinator and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly or quarterly billing for a variety of programs and services governed by contract or grant agreements.
- Review and apply payments received from vendors.
- Collect on aged Accounts Receivable balances on a recurring monthly basis and follow up with multiple payers to effect cash collections of accounts.
- Complete and file fiscal reports on a timely basis in accordance with contract or grant agreements.
- Gain knowledge and proficiency in the billing systems utilized by our organization.\Prepare accounting journal entries and reconcile accounts as assigned.
- Act as back up support to team of A/R billing specialists.
- Prepare analysis, reports, and other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, Director of Finance or CFO.

School Based Clinician
The School Based Clinician is responsible for providing clinical services to youth and their families according to program and regulatory guidelines, ensuring that all services are strengths-based, individualized, and comprehensive according to need.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide clinical services to youth and their families as assigned.
- Participate in the integrated service planning process for all youths enrolled.

- Required to pass licensing exam within six months of employment if working with a limited permit.

Job Summary | Endowed Constellation Faculty in Future Chips at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute We are especially interested in candidates who have a demonstrated ability to perform high impact research in semiconductor technology to address the next generation challenges in computing. Areas of focus are rooted in fundamental science and engineering that drive advances in microelectronics, such as heterogeneous integration, advanced logic, advanced packaging, and power electronics. Physics of materials is also important to making these advances and is, therefore, an area of interest. The ideal candidates are expected to develop an internationally recognized, externally funded, scientific program in chip technology for the future of computing. Northern Rivers has an opening for a Per Diem Dietician averaging ten hours a month to assist in guiding our food and nutrition program for residential youth clients.As a Dietician, you will be responsible for the consultation and review of food and nutritional services to provide nutrition therapy including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for the children residing in our residential housing. You will report to the Director of Food Services and you will work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Encourage healthy eating habits for sustainability outside the agency
- Complete 11-day initial assessments per OMH regulations
- Develop menus for special diets (e.g.: gluten free, diabetic) agency wide.
- Work following the standards set for New York State (NYS) Departments of Mental Hygiene, Office of Children and Family Services, Office of Mental Health, and the United States Department of Agriculture.
Requirements and Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nutrition
- Two years of related experience
- Eligible for registration with the Commission for Dietetics
- Required to have or be eligible to obtain certification in New York State for Dietetics and Nutrition
