Description
As a Youth and Family Support Specialist, you will provide transportation, management and individual support through short respite for youth in residential care. You will report to the Executive Program Director and work on-site.
Responsibilities:
- You will support youth in Residential programs by transporting youth to visits, court dates, medical appointments and to support recreational activities.
- Manage family visits and document in appropriate systems.
- Maintain cultural sensitivity, competence and client confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in similar role.
- Valid NYS driver's license required.
