Job Responsibilities (this is not inclusive)

Physical Requirements
This position is active and requires standing, walking and driving. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items that weigh more than 25 pounds. This position requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
We work with a variety of clients from State Agencies to Homeowners and everyone in between. Job hours are typically normal business hours, but some projects are nights (2nd or 3rd shift), weekends and Holidays. We work throughout NYS; overnight stays may be required for some projects.
We are looking for full-time employees but would consider part-time with the understanding that nights and weekends are a part of the job.

Description
As a Residential Assistant Supervisor, you will supervise staff who provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to agency policy and governing body standards and requirements. You will report to the Residential Supervisor and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise program activity which will lead to the attainment of goals described within treatment plans
- Supervise and evaluate the work of residential staff assigned to residential programs.
- Work shifts on the unit as assigned, which could include variable shifts (several days and several evenings each week)
- Work as one of the staff within the staff-to-youth ratio on the unit
- Work as a role model for newer, less experienced staff
- Maintain records
- Participate in the training of residential staff
- Seek out training opportunities for all staff relevant to the work on the unit
- Participate in residential staff meetings
- Understand and apply the general framework and expected outcomes of the various treatment models used with the youth,

- Make the unit a family-friendly place, where family members feel welcome and activities are planned that include family members. - Teach and ensure all staff members treat all youth, family members, collaterals, neighbors, and the general public with respect and dignity at all times. Everyone should be spoken to in a calm, rational voice, without rancor.

- Develop and maintain schedules within the assigned campus residential unit

Requirements and Education:

Description
The Residential Supervisor in charge will ensure the security of campus and community residential locations, including working with staff, maintaining communication with resident’s family and guardians, and overseeing resident transportation needs. You will report to the Online/Oncall supervisor and you will work on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure implementation of all applicable emergency systems, agency policies, and program procedures.
- Respond to crises within assigned Residential Program/locations. Ensure response follows agency policy and protocol appropriate to the situation, and ensure that the individual clients behavior management plan(s) are followed. Ensure any physical intervention is conducted following TCI standards. Ensure completion of all forms and appropriate documentation of every restraint.
- Provide support to teams when asked for behavioral interventions and events. Will direct the team in absence of residential supervisor and will be a source of training , supporting and modeling for other staff.
- Ensure the security of campus and community locations, responding to any security concerns. Conduct random checks of assigned locations to ensure safety of residents.
- Be the primary person in charge of calling the police for any resident considered missing, completing or ensuring completion of the Missing Person Report form and canceling Missing Person Reports upon a residents return.
- Ensure contacts have been made with the residents family and guardian for all significant incidents.
- Maintain regular entries in the Online/On call log regarding all significant events that occur, and provide the leadership with specific additional information as. Ensure completion of documentation for all significant incidents.
- Ensure significant incidents are called into the Justice Center as applicable.
- Serve as the central person in charge of off campus trips. Approve and log all off-campus trips and assure such trips have proper staff coverage.
- Oversee and transport clients for medical, mental health, and other essential needs.
- Check and assure that all visitors have prior approval to be on the grounds.
- Be available to hear and document any neighbor concerns.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires an associate's degree;bachelor's degree and equivalent experience preferred.

As the Behavior Support Classroom Specialist, you will ensure the safety of the students in the Alternative Programming Room. You will coordinate clinical, academic, and restorative efforts for students in APR. You will report to the Dean of Students and will work onsite.
Responsibilities:

As a Peer Support Specialist, you will be a member of the Mobile Team, assisting the clinicians on Mobile visits and providing support and advocacy to individuals in crisis. As an employment specialist for the ACT program, you will support the employment needs for ACT enrolled participants in Warren, Washington and Saratoga counties. As a Clinician, you will coordinate client assessments and work with the child, family, legal guardian, law guardian, psychiatrist, nurse, psychologist, educators, child care staff, and other providers to prepare, implement and monitor a comprehensive, permanency-focused case plan for children in the Residential Program. You will report to the Director of the Residential Treatment Facility and will work on-site.

- Work with the direct treatment providers to establish treatment goals for children, utilizing historical and current available information.
- Meet and communicate with biological families, guardians, foster families, and case workers.
- Assess individual and family situations.
- Identify problem areas, treatment goals and methods to attain goals.
- Provide therapeutic services to children on at least a weekly basis and families on at least a bi-weekly basis using differential treatment modalities.
- Work with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a comprehensive treatment plan and to monitor ongoing progress of child and family.
- Learn and practice case coordination skills.
- Work with referring and collateral agencies and prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
- Record and maintain case record in accord with Agency, OMH, and other state mandates.

Deliver curricula including supporting educational materials as assigned.

As a Service Navigator, you will provide individual mentoring, holistic service planning, and coordinated case management, and complete any necessary referrals/linkages to services. You will work together with Albany County Probation. You will coordinate, facilitate, and track the issuing of cash incentives that will be provided to youth as part of their service plan. You will maintain record-keeping for each youth, including progress notes and service plans. You will provide direct mentoring and case management to each youth and family on their caseload. You will report to the Assistant Director of Juvenile Justice for Prevention and will work a hybrid schedule with 50% community travel.

- Manage a full caseload of probation-involved youth.
- Attend routine team meetings with youth and families and Albany County Probation.
- Establish positive and professional relationships with youth and families.
- Track youth involvement in the program and issue incentive stipends as directed by the supervisor. Maintain monitored records of funds issued.
