Job Summary	The Associate Director, Procurement Services supports the Director of Procurement Services by leading departmental operations, overseeing procurement systems and data analytics, and coordinating sourcing workload and performance tracking. This role is responsible for ensuring operational consistency, driving process improvements, and serving as a key internal advisor to staff on sourcing tools, compliance, and procurement strategy. The Associate Director provides peer leadership across the procurement team, particularly in contract management, cost savings reporting, and supplier performance tracking, while helping to maintain a high level of service to campus stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications	Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or business operations, with at least 3 years in higher education, the public sector, or a similarly complex organization. Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications	Master's Degree

Job Duties	Coordinate and oversee day-to-day procurement operations, requisition workflow, and departmental planning. Monitor and reallocate sourcing workloads in coordination with the Director and sourcing team. Review sourcing documentation (RFPs, scopes, evaluation tools) to ensure consistency and compliance Lead the department’s use of Jaggaer, including Contracts+ module, system improvements, and end-user adoption Track and consolidate cost savings data across the procurement team for internal and external reporting. Facilitate supplier performance tracking, vendor scorecards, and issue escalation workflows. Serve as internal mentor to Strategic Sourcing Managers and support onboarding of new staff. Manage tactical commodities and operational categories (e.g., events, FedEx, printing). Develop and deliver campus training, procurement communications, and stakeholder education. Collaborate with FAST and IT teams to resolve system issues and enable process automation. Represent Procurement Services in cross-functional initiatives and serve as a delegate to the Director.

Job Summary	The Associate Vice Provost (AVP) is a key member of the Student Experience leadership team and plays a vital role in setting the strategic direction for Student Health and Wellness. The AVP proactively addresses opportunities and challenges, manages resources, formulates policies, and builds essential relationships with academic and administrative colleagues. The AVP will work closely with a range of stakeholders to cultivate an environment that prioritizes student well-being and will have direct oversight of the Student Health Center, Student Counseling and Psychological Services, and Case Management, fostering programs and services that contribute to a holistic and healthy campus culture. The AVP oversees the Student Health Insurance Plan and partners with Athletics on supervision of athletic trainers.
Minimum Qualifications	Master’s Degree in higher education administration, education, health, psychology or related field Ten (10)+ years of progressively responsible experience in the administration of an educational institution (especially with respect to student affairs in residential higher education) Applicants must meet stated minimum education and experience requirements.

Job Summary	The Mover & Grounds Specialist performs moves, supports campus events. Performs snow removal, grounds and landscape duties, and equipment operations associated with the maintenance of the campus.
Minimum Qualifications	High School diploma or equivalent One year of experience in moving and equipment operation Valid Driver’s License Applicants must meet stated minimum education and experience requirements.

Job Duties	Process work order requests for completion associated with moving support. Operate fleet moving truck in transportation of equipment, materials and other items as requested. Safely operate material handling equipment such as, but not limited to lift gates, pallet jacks and loading dock lifts. Provide support for campus functions and events, including event preparation, setup and breakdown, litter control and site restoration. Protect items being transported and moved using appropriate materials. Protect buildings, elevators, grounds as necessary in preparation for movement of items. Assess building spaces, including rooms, hallways, and/or elevators, and materials to be moved for damage prior to move and document and report any pre-existing damage. Assist in sustainment of moving equipment, storage areas and equipment maintenance. Notify E&SS management of any equipment needing to be repaired and/or replaced. Comply with standing instructions provided by operating manuals, safety rules and regulations for personal protection and safety and the safety of others. Report instances of vandalism/theft of Institute property immediately to Supervisor or Public Safety. Maintain work and storage areas in a clean, organized and safe condition. Perform snow removal functions in accordance with the Institute snow removal plan. Respond to and be available for weather related emergencies as necessary to maintain safe transportation through campus. Operate, maintain and inspect all snow removal equipment in accordance with Institute’s standards. Perform tasks necessary for routine maintenance of campus grounds. Inspect, maintain and operate grounds and field related power equipment at proper working and safety standards. Clean equipment at the end of each use. Report and document any needed repairs of equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.
