We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive business development for our commercial prefabricated interior wall system. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with architects, general contractors, commercial interior designers, developers, and corporate clients. You will guide clients through the sales process from initial outreach to contract closure, working closely with our design and project team to deliver high-quality, flexible, and sustainable prefabricated wall solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth and revenue targets in your assigned territory.
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and design ecosystem, including architects, contractors, project managers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and site visits to educate clients on the benefits and applications of prefabricated wall systems.
- Collaborate with internal design, estimating, and project management teams to develop proposals and respond to RFQs and RFPs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the construction process and building codes relevant to interior wall installations.
- Track all customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activities using CRM software.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial interiors, construction products, or architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with modular construction, demountable wall systems, or interior fit-out processes is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous knowledge of DIRTT’s solutions, including its layers and how they work together, as well as an understanding of how DIRTT is installed, would be an asset.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary plus commission
- Base salary $60.000-$70,000
- OTE $90,000-120,000
- OTE assumes achievement of 100% of annual sales quota

Position Title: Mailroom Supervisor
Pay Status and Classification: Non-exempt, full time.
Work Days: Varied
Shift Start/End Time: Varied based on the business need
Supervisor: Vice President for Communications and Marketing
Position Purpose: The Mailroom Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Union College mail facility to ensure timely distribution of mail to the campus community, most notably students and the College’s academic units, in addition to providing a limited suite of mail services to students, faculty and staff.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervision: Oversee an employee team that includes student workers.
Operation of Equipment: Assist with the College’s in house copying operations on a limited basis, as necessary to meet the demands of students, faculty and staff.
Customer Service and Communication: The successful candidate will be a highly organized, deadline-oriented, and customer-focused individual capable of handling the logistics associated with a high-volume mail operation. Strong communication skills and prior employee supervision experience are essential.
Qualifications:
High school diploma; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree a plus
Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience working in a mail facility, retail or other customer-service oriented setting
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
Strong organizational skills and a basic understanding of logistics associated with managing a high-volume delivery and distribution operation
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 70 lbs.
Basic math skills; good reasoning/problem solving skills
Experience with or ability to learn basic copying equipment operations a plus
Work setting: Indoor, customer-facing with daily periods of high-volume activity
Compensation:
The hourly range for this position is $23-25 per hour.Except for roles with a set rate of pay, the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The stated hiring rate/range represents the College’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate/range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
