Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Fulfillment / Delivery Driver to join our team. This dual role involves both warehouse duties and route driving, ensuring efficient delivery and handling of products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills, while also demonstrating proficiency in operating vehicles organic to our business. This position is Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours per week. Benefits include: health, dental and vision insurance paid by employer, 10 paid Hollidays, paid annual vacation, bonus plan, 401k and company vehicle after completion of probationary period.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, to transport goods to designated locations.
- Overnight travel 1-2 nights per week (expenses paid).
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
- Load and unload products by hand, or using a fork lift and other equipment as necessary.
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be minimum of 21 years old.
- Able to pass a D.O.T. physical & random drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is a plus.
- Ability for overnight travel 1-2 nights per week.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving items (up to 75pounds).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with route driving and/or navigation skills for timely deliveries.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as a fork lifts is beneficial.

BASIC FUNCTION/PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Gather, analyze, and present student/staff data that can be used to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
A. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
B. Develop data analytics and data collection systems.
C. Create and present reports of statistical data in a way that is relatable and understandable.
D. Build and present visual presentations utilizing PowerPoint, Prezi, or a similar product.
E. Present information and answer data related questions to; board members, community members, and internal staff.
F. Collaborate with programmers, business analysts, software analysts, and organizational leaders while working with data.
G. Assist the Director of Information & Technology with the formation of a data governance committee.
H. Assist the Superintendent, Directors and/or Principals with the creation of reports and presentations as requested.
I. Assist with IT projects as needed with data validation/review.
J. Create and distribute school specific data reports on required school testing utilizing charts, graphs, and power points. This includes but is not limited to Acadience Math, NWEA MAP Accelerator, NWEA MAP Growth, Pre-ACT and ACT data sources.
K. Create and distribute district-level and school specific report card data to schools and district administration utilizing charts, graphs, and power points. This includes SBAC data and other data directly related to all report card indicators.
L. Prepare data reports utilizing charts, graphs, and power points for each school to be utilized during the summer data retreats and specific school leadership team data work.
M. Provide additional data reports for schools and the district as requested. This includes but is not limited to attendance, discipline, mobility, free and reduced, demographic, CCR, and other relevant data.
N. Assist schools with data preparation for report card appeal submission to the state.
O. Maintain regular contact with building Principals to ensure access and assistance with building-level data reporting needs and requirements.
