About the Role: 

As a full-time Mitel Phone Support Specialist, you’ll troubleshoot technical issues, provide remote support for customer issues and new installations, provide proactive support, and ensure our clients’ telephony infrastructure runs seamlessly. No day is the same, and you'll wear many hats, supporting different customer telephony environments. 

What You'll Do: 

• Provide primarily remote support to clients across various industries. 

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. 

• Configure and maintain Mitel PBX systems, including MiVoice Business, MiVoice Office, and MiCollab platforms. 

• Document solutions and maintain clear communication with clients. 

• Stay up to date on the latest IT, telephony, and security trends and technologies. 

What We're Looking For: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in phone system support or telecommunications. 

• Associate’s degree in information technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• A problem-solving mindset and a passion for learning. 

• Must have or be able to obtain multiple Mitel Certifications (e.g., Mitel Certified Technician, Mitel MiVoice Business). 

Bonus Points: 

• Additional certifications, including network certifications, are preferred.
