JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists the Registrar with coordination of the operations of the Academic Records office, including management of student records and student transcript services. Assists with the review and evaluation of transfer credit and maintenance of articulation information. Responsible for routine file submissions to the National Student Clearinghouse. Assists with the maintenance of and annual updates to degree auditing software and assists with graduation audits. Performs other duties as assigned by the Registrar. This position is within the Professional Administrators Union. Candidates must currently reside or be willing to relocate to New York State at time of employment. Additionally, maintaining New York State residency will be required for the duration of employment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree; five years of experience in a higher education setting. Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS). DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree; experience with Degree Works use and system updates/maintenance; experience at a community college; experience with student record keeping; experience with transfer credit articulation. EXPECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE:  $60,706-$91,058  Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. JOB DESCRIPTION: Full-time faculty position in an Associate Degree Nursing Program. The successful candidate will join a dynamic faculty engaged in team teaching and shared decision making in a concept based, integrated curriculum. Position requires classroom, laboratory, and clinical teaching, committee responsibilities, student advisement, and other duties assigned by the Provost. This position may include teaching during evening hours. Teaching may involve teaching face-to-face, remote, day, evening, online, hybrid, and HyFlex courses.

This position is within the Faculty Association Union. Candidates must currently reside or be willing to relocate to New York State at time of employment. Additionally, maintaining New York State residency will be required for the duration of employment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in Nursing and a minimum of two years of recent clinical experience required. Strong medical-surgical nursing and classroom teaching background, a demonstrated commitment to fostering partnerships among diverse communities, as well as experience working in a multicultural setting with a diverse student population, including non-traditional and under-prepared students, are highly desirable.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Faculty Student Association of Tompkins Cortland Community College invites applications for the position of Head Women’s Fast Pitch Softball Coach.  This is a part-time, 10 month position to be filled immediately.  The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a highly competitive non-scholarship program.  Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, management and development of all aspects of the softball program including recruiting, fund-raising, conducting practice sessions and contests and maintaining compliance with all NJCAA Division III regulations.  A demonstrated commitment to high academic standards as well as healthy lifestyles for student-athletes is mandatory.    

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have at least two years of softball coaching experience.  This position has non-standard hours and requires the ability to travel with a substantial time commitment during the spring.  This position is subject to a criminal background check.

HIRING SALARY: $3000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Arthur Kuckes Childcare Center kitchen assistant will be responsible for the daily meals and dishes. Prepares breakfast, lunch, and snack each day. Follows CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) food guidelines when cooking and portioning out daily meals as well as record all meals each day. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Any food service work experience and experience with children. Willing to participate in CACFP training.  Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.  Current certification in First Aid and CPR required.  If a candidate does not possess certification at the time of employment, the incumbent must obtain this certification within three months of the date of appointment. The incumbent must maintain valid certification for the duration of employment. High school diploma.

This position is subject to a criminal background check, NYS OCFS background check and physical are required at the time of appointment.

EXPECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE:  $16.18 - $17.68 per hour, rate commensurate with education and experience.
