Insurance Customer Service Representative/Benefits Coordinator#123225110

Exciting opportunity!

We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative/ Benefits Coordinator to work for the region’s top Employers Association & its growing group health & benefit plan in Billings, MT!

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and emails responding to claims and plan benefit questions
Accurately input eligibility and new group data
File paperwork as necessary
Various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

College degree in related field preferred - not required
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written customer service skills
Ability to prioritize workload and perform duties accurately
Team player
Preferred knowledge of Insurance, specifically Health Insurance
Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)

Hours/Schedule: 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $18+/hr. DOE

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, Retirement

Location: On-site – Billings, MT
