As an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist, you will bill for the program and services of Northern Rivers and Affiliates. In addition, you will collect on aged Accounts Receivable for Northern Rivers and Affiliates. You will report to the Manager, Revenue and Accounts Receivable and you will work onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly or quarterly billing for a variety of programs and services governed by contract or grant agreements.
• Review and apply payments received from vendors.
• Collect on aged Accounts Receivable balances on a recurring monthly basis and follow up with multiple payers to effect cash collections of accounts.
• Complete and file fiscal reports on a timely basis in accordance with contract or grant agreements.
• Gain knowledge and proficiency in the billing systems utilized by our organization.
• Prepare accounting journal entries and reconcile accounts as assigned.
• Act as back up support to team of A/R billing specialists.
• Prepare analysis, reports, and other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, Director of Finance or CFO.

Requirements and Education:

• An Associate's Degree preferred.
• Six months of experience is preferred.

As a Senor Licensed Community Clinician, you will provide home and community-based assessments, treatment planning, and individual and family therapy with children and their caregivers. You will provide clinical and therapeutic services to children (up to age 21) and their caregivers through this Medicaid- funded program. You will provide services to children and their families in the setting most beneficial to them including home and community--based, office--based, telehealth, or a combination thereof, as agreed upon in the child's treatment plan.

You will report to the Clinical Supervisor/ Clinical Director. You will work a hybrid schedule, combining on-site and remote work, with up to 25% community travel and client home visits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide home and community-based assessment, treatment planning, and individual and family therapy to children and their caregivers.
• Provide clinical and therapeutic services within a flexible model/ setting (i.e. home and community--based, office--based, telehealth, or a combination thereof, as agreed upon in the child's treatment plan).
• Complete an assessment of needs and recommendations for further medically necessary services, such as rehabilitation services. Services are delivered in a trauma informed, culturally and linguistically competent manner.
• Work with family members, advocates and other salient parties to identify goals of treatment. Provide observations and information to collateral contacts to address and achieve treatment goals.
• Complete all required documentation for submission to the supervisor within the required timeframes.
• Provide clinical supervision to program managers and direct-line staff
• Provide clinical support to community service teams, including case consultation and treatment plan support
• Collaborate with resources, both internal and external to the agency to assist in the process for the provision of Evidenced-based Practices under State Plan services.

As a Senior Home Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) Specialist, you will provide assessment and treatment, individual and family therapy, crisis support, and consult with community partners to create positive change. You will work within a trauma informed, family-based framework of program, including using crisis de-escalation strategies, coping and safety plans, and parenting supports through a strengths-based, family centered approach. • Provide liaison contact with collateral resources such as referring agencies, schools, family court, and other agency personnel serving on behalf of a child and family as it relates to their treatment
• Responsible for the clinical decisions when assigned and paired to work as a team with a Bachelors Clinical Case Manager.
• Ensure provisions of regular treatment plan meetings and services plan reviews.

Clinician, Mobile Crisis - Per Diem

Day, Evening and Weekend shifts available!

As a Clinician for Mobile Crisis, you will provide crisis risk assessments with a diagnosis (with appropriate supervisory approval, per scope of practice), crisis stabilization and interventions, de-escalation techniques and follow-up services to the identified client experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric crises. These interventions, provided by telephone and on-site mobile visits, will be implemented using a strength-based, trauma-informed, systems-oriented perspective and will include the development of crisis prevention and safety plans; follow-up to evaluate the effectiveness of plans; coordination of services with existing treatment providers; and linkage to additional community-based therapeutic resources and supports. You will directly report to the Clinical Site Supervisors with Director and Executive Program Director guidance and support. You will work on-site with travel to the community and individuals' homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide rapid response to adults, children, adolescents, and families, who are in crisis, experiencing an emotional or behavioral disturbance by phone and on-site within the community, and as assigned, participate in acute care emergency services rotation system designed to facilitate and strengthen community-based crisis intervention services. This includes rotation of schedule to provide coverage during holidays and weekends.
• Conduct risk assessments with a diagnosis (with appropriate supervisory approval, per scope of practice), mental status examinations, and substance abuse screening.
• Analyze information to identify action plan, which includes crisis stabilization plan, safety, and crisis prevention plans, and plan for follow-up. Consult with team and supervisors.
• Coordinate with community resources for collateral input and follow-up care, including referrals for mental health treatment and substance abuse assessment and treatment.
• Provide short-term crisis intervention and stabilization services to adults, children, adolescents, and their families in the home or community (wherever the individual is experiencing a crisis).

Requirements and Education:

• Looking for applicants with their LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R licensure
• Requires a Masters' degree (MSW/MHC) and two years of related experience
• Must have a valid NYS Drivers License and be willing and able to drive to clients' homes and communities under a variety of circumstances and weather conditions. As an Education and Vocational Coordinator for the Clinical Time Transition Program (CTTP), you will interpret educational records and make assessments to determine the most appropriate education and vocational programs for youth in the CTTP program. You will create individualized plans for each youth encompassing the duration of their time in the program and post discharge. You will coordinate these services through relationships built within the community. You will report to the Director of the Hospital to Home (H2H) Program, and you will work onsite and in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments and interpret results to determine what education and vocational programs would be best suited for each youth, paying careful attention to the connection between each program type to foster success post high school
• Interpret existing education records as part of the assessment process
• Build a individualized plan for each youth that addresses their time in the CTTP program and their transition back to their home community
