Description
The Residential Supervisor in charge will ensure the security of campus and community residential locations, including working with staff, maintaining communication with resident’s family and guardians, and overseeing resident transportation needs. You will report to the Online/Oncall supervisor and you will work on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure implementation of all applicable emergency systems, agency policies, and program procedures.
- Respond to crises within assigned Residential Program/locations. Ensure response follows agency policy and protocol appropriate to the situation, and ensure that the individual clients behavior management plan(s) are followed. Ensure any physical intervention is conducted following TCI standards. Ensure completion of all forms and appropriate documentation of every restraint.
- Provide support to teams when asked for behavioral interventions and events. Will direct the team in absence of residential supervisor and will be a source of training , supporting and modeling for other staff.
- Ensure the security of campus and community locations, responding to any security concerns. Conduct random checks of assigned locations to ensure safety of residents.
- Be the primary person in charge of calling the police for any resident considered missing, completing or ensuring completion of the Missing Person Report form and canceling Missing Person Reports upon a residents return.
- Ensure contacts have been made with the residents family and guardian for all significant incidents.
- Maintain regular entries in the Online/On call log regarding all significant events that occur, and provide the leadership with specific additional information as. Ensure completion of documentation for all significant incidents.
- Ensure significant incidents are called into the Justice Center as applicable.
- Serve as the central person in charge of off campus trips. Approve and log all off-campus trips and assure such trips have proper staff coverage.
- Oversee and transport clients for medical, mental health, and other essential needs.
- Check and assure that all visitors have prior approval to be on the grounds.
- Be available to hear and document any neighbor concerns.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires an associate's degree;bachelor's degree and equivalent experience preferred.
- 3 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Drivers license is required.
- Must be able to pass the required physical.
- Must be able to complete and pass TCI training.

Description
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will oversee the nursing staff who provide care and services to a youth and adolescent population with emotional, behavioral and mental health needs for the Residential Treatment Facility, Crisis, Miriam House, Healy House, and Residential Treatment Center programs. You will report to the Executive Director of Nursing and will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and onboard nurses located on the Parsons campus.
- Oversee medication management including ordering, reconciliations, destruction and deliveries.
- Ensure that intake assessments and medication reviews are scheduled and covered.
- Oversee connection documentation- audit monthly.
- Audit program and nursing adherence to regulations and documentation including a regular schedule of audits for immunizations, medical administration, assessments etc.
- Work with Medical assistants to ensure provider documentation is signed and followed up on in timely manner.
- Oversee REMS documentation.
- Billing – go through invoices and approve/disapprove insurance claims.
- Schedule nursing shifts and on call schedules for physicians and providers.
- Provide supervision to registered nurses for Office of mental health units.
- Complete the nursing assessment, evaluation and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with in-house staff regarding concerns and behaviors.
- Communicate with medical director and providers regarding changes in client’s health and behavior
- Nursing and medical documentation using EMAR.
- On-call every other week.
- Responsible to following policies, procedures and regulations for programs on campus.
- Other duties as assigned within scope of practice and based on agency needs
Requirements and Education:
- RN Licensed in New York State/ BSN is preferred.
- 2-4 years of nursing experience
- 1-2 yrs. experience in a supervisory position.
- Experience working with youth and adolescent population is preferred.

Description
As a Case Manager in the Clinical Time Transition Program (CTTP), you will support youth and their caregivers enrolled in the Northern Rivers Hospital to Home Program. You will perform tasks in a phase-based Critical Time Intervention (CTI) model of care. You will report to the Director of the Hospital to Home program and you will be working onsite with community travel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of clients in both home and Transitional Residential Setting (TRS) through all phases of the time-limited CTI model.
- Collaborate with referring to hospital programs.
- Outreach to referred clients for ongoing engagement.
- Establish treatment plan including goals, phase transitions, and discharge planning.
- Coordinate comprehensive evaluation and connection to necessary mental health treatments.
- Evaluate needs, refer, and connect youth and families to community support.
- Establish necessary social care need connections.
- Help address problems in access to and delivery of, services through the creation of relationships between the clients and community resources.
- Transport to and from appointments.
- Collaboration with schools to support youth’s educational needs.
- Train and enhance youth and family’s community living skills.
- Manage transfer of caregiving to services and supports in the community to establish continuity of care post discharge.
- Complete accurate case notes and input the notes into required internal and external systems (Electronic Health Records)
- Access and use data from Regional Health Information Organization (RHIOS)/Qualified Entities (QEs), PSYCKES, and other data systems as part of their work.
- Be a contributing member of the interdisciplinary CTTP treatment team
- Coordinate and attend all applicable meetings about caseload.
Requirements and Education:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years experience in case management and mental health populations and systems preferred.
- Valid NYS driver's license required.
