Looking for a Service Technician who will learn and grow with us
We are a small company with a solid reputation that builds Water Treatment Systems for towns and municipalities throughout the Mountain West. We are looking for someone who wants a steady job, is willing to learn and not afraid to get out of their comfort zone. We need someone who is willing to help with all facets of our manufacturing and automation systems including (but not limited to) some shop fabrication & assembly, control panel wiring and check out, equipment trouble-shooting, field service, PLC programming, instrument calibration & check out and system start up. Because we are small, we all do multiple jobs and assist during many different phases of the project.

We have been in business for over 50 years and have just expanded our office space to make room for more employees and have recently increased our product line.
Useful skills: Good social and verbal skills for customer service, knowledge of electricial control systems, good craftsmanship for light shop work, mechanical inclination for trouble shooting valves, pumps, flow meters and instrumentation. Knowledge of AutoCad and/or water and piping a plus.
Travel is involved and any applicant must be able to leave for up to 4 nights at a time. Daily work outside of the office is probable, too.
We are located in Grand Junction near the Colorado River and close to myriad outdoor activities such as rafting, mountain biking, rock climbing and hiking.
We work a 4-1/2 day work week - Monday thru Thursday 8 am - 6 pm (one hour for lunch) and Friday from 8 until noon. 12 paid holidays, PTO, vacation,insurance
Salary commiserate with experience. We will consider entry-level or skilled technicians. Immediate opening.
