BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the preparation of fresh and wholesome hot buffet foods for breakfast and lunch for a hotel serving up to 2500 meals per day ensuring a smooth operation, proper sanitation, and sound management of three to ten employees.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assume responsibility for the overall production of hot breakfast items, lunch, and additional hot banquet preparations served for both breakfast and lunch.
- Open kitchen and coordinate all hot food preparations for breakfast, and lunch, ensuring food is presented in accordance with company specifications.
- Work with Front of the house buffet staff to ensure opening timelines are met for the Main dining room and lower dining rooms.
- Oversee hot food garnishes and ensure that all buffet foods are replenished in a timely manner.

We are located in the beautiful mid-Hudson; our Creamery sits among the fields and rolling hills of our sister company Chaseholm Farm, which practices regenerative, grass-fed dairying. We are currently a small, human-scale operation of 5-6 full time staff sending high-quality artisan cheese out into the Hudson Valley, NYC area and beyond, and we are at an exciting stage of growth and expansion. Working at the Creamery is a fast-paced, engaging experience. We start the day early saying hello to the Chaseholm cows, picking up milk, and off we go! We’re a small team and we do most things by hand – we are artisans after all! It is an intensive work environment, but at the end of the day, you get to point to a delicious, ripe Camembert or a nutty, delightful slice of Tomme and say, “I made that!” No day is the same; you’ll never get bored and you’ll learn a lot. You’ll be able to get involved in all aspects of cheesemaking:
- Milk receiving and pasteurizing
- Cheese making and production
- Cheese ripening and affinage
- Cheese packaging and labeling
- Recordkeeping and analysis

You MUST have:
- A reliable means of transportation: our rural location is not accessible by public transportation
- The ability to handle physically demanding work, lift 30 lbs comfortably, remain moving on your feet for a few hours at a time (with breaks of course!): certain tasks are possible to complete while sitting but there is definitely a lot of walking around on the processing floor!
- A strong work ethic with regards to time management: when you’re on the clock you’re working efficiently

- Ready to take ownership of a project or area, learn the ins + outs, and follow through to completion

We are indeed a small team and do our best to support each other as we juggle each day’s and week’s tasks. We like to plan ahead but look to remain flexible as different needs come up. We often work in teams on larger tasks and solo on other small ones. We like to work hard so we can play hard, we know that beer tastes better ice cold, and we’ve enjoyed many a team pizza party and bonfire cookout. Sometimes we’ll do both at once: you might find us one day blasting pop tunes as we clean cheese equipment and the next day listening to some delightful classical music as we press cheese curds into their final forms.

Overview:
Our client is looking to add talent to their team to help with their growing needs. The Operations Manager will be looked at to manage shop production activities. This includes shipping and receiving, customer service, safety innovation and financial forecasting.
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversees the machining operation to ensure all quality standards are met and exceeded and all safety, quality and company policies and procedures are followed
- Schedules preventative maintenance (PM’s) on machines and equipment per released shop order requirements
- Directly supervises all direct labor working in the machining operation including CNC programmers, group leaders, machining operators and maintenance mechanics

Operations Manager Qualifications:

- A minimum of three to five years’ experience in a supervisory role, preferable in a manufacturing environment.
- Associates degree in operations management, business management, mechanical engineering, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The Spa/Fitness Receptionist is responsible for answering the telephone, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, selling merchandise, and orientating guests to the Spa and its facilities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Welcome all guests and answer phone calls in a timely manner in accordance with guest service training guidelines; ensure a consistent guest service experience by adhering to Mohonk Mountain House’s 14 Service Steps and Strategies.
- Take, organize, and coordinate reservations for services.
- Follow standard operating procedures regarding check-in of Spa guests, including handling payment for services and products according to guest’s preference (room charge, credit or gift card, cash, check, etc.)
- Maintain high level of product knowledge by attending product training sessions and participating in new service trainings by receiving incoming services.

- Play an active and hands on role in supporting the appearance of the Spa by maintain the cleanliness of the reception, locker room and relaxation areas through merchandising, stocking and following Cleaning and Sanitation procedures.

A Trust Officer is an experienced professional who is responsible for the management and administration and of an assigned book of accounts, including Estates, Trusts, Special Needs Trusts and Agency accounts. For fiduciary accounts, Officer must work with counsel and tax accountant(s) to coordinate administration, meet tax-reporting deadlines, and oversee all trust administrative functions. - Continues to build and grow their own Centers of Influence (COI) network.

- Maintains awareness of products and services offered by the Trust Division, the Bank and HVIA. Makes presentations to Bank staff, clients and professional advisors, as required.
- Monitors real estate held in fiduciary accounts, verifying that taxes are paid, insurance is in place and minimizing risks associated with such assets. In responsible charge of engineering site inspections, coordinating appraisals, and “phase-one” engineering evaluations.

Education, Certification and Experience
- Bachelor Degree or higher

What is a Vendor Risk Analyst?
The Vendor Risk Analyst is responsible for supporting Central Hudson’s efforts to assess, monitor and mitigate information and cybersecurity risks associated with our vendors and third-party relationships. - Implements and supports processes for ongoing monitoring of vendor activities and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and update vendor risk management policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practice and regulatory requirements
- Conducts due diligence reviews of potential vendors, assessing their capabilities, reputation, and adherence to contractual obligations
- Cultivates positive and collaborative relationships with vendors, serving as a point of contact for risk-related inquiries and facilitating regular communications
- Monitors vendor compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, escalating issues as necessary and coordinating remediation efforts as needed
- Prepares and maintains accurate records of vendor risk assessments, findings, and remediation activities, generating regular reports for senior management and regulatory authorities as required
- Provides support for storm restoration efforts
What does it take to be a Vendor Risk Analyst?
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Risk Management or related field of study. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate degree in the aforementioned fields and 3 years of relevant experience or a high school diploma or equivalency degree and 5 years of relevant experience will be considered
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST RMF, NATF Supply Chain Risk)
- Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management software & tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and prioritize risks effectively
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams, and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Ability to work with limited direct supervision and professionally respond to constructive feedback
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies and evaluating contractual agreements
- Experience in Energy & Utilities or services industry
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or comparable
This position has a career path which allows for advancement opportunities within a job series. The title and level are commensurate with experience. Pay range: $69,800 – $163,800
