ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (*CF indicates Critical Function) Ensures residents have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service Ensures that all residents receive the proper meals, paying attention to dietary needs of the resident, i.e. prescribed diets, thickened liquids, and specific allergies (*CF) Is responsible for making sure that the food served in the dining room maintains the proper temperature based on the established food temperature guidelines (*CF) Is responsible for making sure all refrigerators, freezers and dishwashers are running at the proper temperatures. Follows the proper corrective action plan if one of these pieces of equipment is out of temp at any time (*CF) Ensures that the kitchenettes on the respective units are stocked with the proper amount of snacks and drinks for residents who might need them outside of regular meal times. Assist the Tennis Professional with shop operations and court maintenance to maximize usage and revenue. Maintain a safe environment at the Shop. Rent bicycles and helmets to our guests by properly sizing and fitting for their bicycle ensuring their safety.

•Record and coordinate all court and lesson reservations.
•Use a PC to process payment and implementation of data into a software program

•Apply calcium chloride to the court surface as conditions demand.

•Recommend and sell merchandise in the shops.

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads and supervises Archery and Tomahawk classes for guests. Promotes guest participation in House and private classes and socializations amongst fellow guests to maximize guest enjoyment during their visit to Mohonk Mountain House and its environment. Ensures a safe range at all times.

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Supervises the operational aspects of the stables program including horseback riding, pony rides, carriage operation, corporate events, public relations, staffing, expense control, and sales; maximizing revenue while maintaining a high quality of safety and service. The Stables Supervisor is an active member of the recreation team who responds to all issues of departmental concern within the framework of the operation of the total hotel.

•Oversee daily operations of the stable in absence of Stable Manager including: staff, rides, reservations, accounting procedures, and animal care.

Leads and supervises guest recreation activities and recreation areas. Promotes guest participation in House Activities and socializations amongst fellow guests to maximize guest enjoyment during their visit to Mohonk Mountain House and its environment.

Assist the Golf Manager and Golf Shop Supervisor with meeting specific operational goals, general Golf Shop procedures, course operations and measures.

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A stables guide is responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable recreational activity for guests, of the stables, while guiding a trail ride (riding a horse while supervising the horse line) or while operating the carriage team. This person is responsible for establishing and maintaining a good relationship with our guests; giving a tour of the property, sharing interesting facts, and offering accurate information about Mohonk and our history.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Competent horseback rider with ability to mount horse from the ground.
•Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to work; maintain good attendance.
•Display good horsemanship and have a strong fundamental background in horse ailments, conditions, and traits.
