ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (*CF indicates Critical Function) All items are critical functions in relation to the position* Frequent rounding to perform the following tasks: Ensuring that the white boards are up-to-date with the necessary information Stripping and making the beds in accordance with bed cleaning/bed making schedule Emptying garbage cans and inserting new liners. Disposing of trash in the proper soiled utility areas Assisting residents to and from programming Removing and discarding infection control materials, red bag waste, and other soiled materials Resident Assistance: Answers unanswered resident call bells promptly, assisting the resident as needed and permitted, and reporting to nursing staff any clinical nursing related need.(*CF) In emergency situaitons, provides 1:1 resident supervision when certified staff is unavailable to do so, at the request of the Unit Manager Safety and Sanitation: Washes hands before and after performing any direct service for the resident Keeps the nurses call system within easy reach of the resident (*CF) Immediately notifies the Nurse of any resident leaving/missing from the facility (*CF) Follows established safety precautions in the performance of all duties Reports any communicable or infectious disease to the Director of Nursing Services and/or to the Infection Control Coordinator Follows established isolation precautions and procedures (*CF) Reports missing/illegible labels and SDSs to your supervisor Equipment and Supply: Uses only the equipment you have been trained to use in a safe manner Reports defective equipment to Supervisor Informs the Supervisor of equipment and supply needs Personnel: Performs all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisor. BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This Guest Services Attendant is responsible for welcoming and assisting prospective and current guests at the resort. Responsibilities include assisting guests with their luggage and valet parking. The qualified candidate must have an outgoing, friendly personality, great customer service skills and a neat, professional appearance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Greets all arriving/departing guests by name when available, unloads/loads luggage from automobiles and provides directions/orientation to resort.
•Attends to Guest's needs, i.e., information, directions, delivery of messages. etc.
•Familiarizes self with local roadways, highways, attractions and general landscape of the area and provides accurate information/directions to guests.

•Fulfills the responsibilities of a Porch Attendant as needed.
•Acts as an ambassador of the Resort when taking up luggage, explaining layout, activities, safety features, resort policies, amenities, etc.
•Delivers Gift Shop orders, shopping orders, ice, firewood, dry cleaning and other items requested by guests.
•Supplies wood for and maintains the fires in the public fireplaces.
•Maintains all equipment belonging to the department in an operational fashion by appropriately using the equipment and repairing it as necessary.
•Maintains a neat and clean Guest Service area. Includes the cleanliness and appearance of the Guest Service desk, office, storage room, Bellperson's lounge, porch and roadway. May include the removal of dirt, snow, glass, etc.
•Takes immediate corrective action to resolve guest complaints. Refers unresolved complaints to the immediate attention of the Concierge, Bell Captain and/or Guest Relations Manager.
•Shovels or brooms snow or scrapes ice from automobiles and pathways.
•Carries out Guest shopping requests as directed.
•Secures items stored in Guest storage areas and ensures safe-keeping. Keeps all items in an organized, neat and secure fashion.

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Water Plant Operator shall ensure water distributed throughout the potable water system meets the pertinent standards for safe drinking water at all times through the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical systems within the Water Plant, as well as the repair and maintenance of all auxiliary water systems. Full Time year-round. Schedule is 7-3:30p Tuesday-Saturday.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Oversee the operation, maintenance and repair of the Water Treatment Plant including:
- Water systems including potable and non-potable water distribution systems.
- Water supply sources: springs, wells, ponds, lake and reservoir.
- Water distribution systems: including, but not limited to, pipe, valves, vaults, pumps and controls.
- Mix and add chemicals to maintain quality drinking water.
- Act in accordance to all OSHA guidelines and standards including but not limited to lock out-tag out, confined space, hot-work, SDS, Personal Protective Equipment, etc.
- Adhere to all EPA and Department of Health Guidelines and laws.
- Inventory and maintain equipment and supplies; safeguard equipment and supplies.
- Arrange for purchases and receive supplies and equipment necessary for the operation of the Water Plant within the department guidelines.
- Check condition of equipment; performs operations and safety check prior to using equipment; maintain tools and equipment used in the repair and maintenance of assigned equipment; report the need for repairs.
- Fuel and grease vehicles/equipment; inspect and perform safety checks on vehicles/equipment; clean vehicles/equipment; perform minor routine maintenance/service; report the need for repairs.
- Identifies and performs preventive maintenance as necessary to maximize the useful life of equipment.
- Monitor and evaluate work-related conditions to determine compliance with prescribed operating, safety, and health regulations and Department guidelines.
- Coordinate system interruptions with department manager and all affected departments.
- Educates co-workers on system's operation to assist in maintaining a smoothly operating plant.
- Perform any required boiler checks and basic boiler operation as relief of the Boiler Operator.
- Suggest and recommend possible projects to management for future budgets.
- Supplies own hand tools and basic test equipment.

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Sales & Service Assistant. Primary Function: Perform administrative and sales support duties to ensure the execution of account transactions on behalf of the Financial Consultants to mutual fund/insurance companies. Provide direct support for financial advisors and wealth managers in serving existing and potential clients. Arrange and coordinate informative and educational seminars for members and clients of Wealth Management.
Responsibilities
- Support Financial Advisors in serving clients by preparing for meetings, investment research, making preliminary financial planning recommendations. Research complex situations and set client expectations,
while defining the actions necessary to resolve inquiries promptly. - Process and follow up on HVCU submitted Wealth Management referrals. Schedule appointments and manage Financial Consultants calendars, CRM management and assist the Financial Consultant in preparation for upcoming client meetings.
- Provide support for the Rep in partnering with Contact Center and branch management to educate employees on the benefits of Wealth Management and grow referrals within the network.
- Assist assigned financial consultants in managing their book of business by segmenting their clients, identifying client needs and providing direct administrative support tasks, working on behalf of the consultant with the client to maintain updated client records and files.
- Copy paperwork received from consultants including account applications, investment related documents or checks for overnight delivery to various mutual fund/insurance companies, ensuring accuracy and completion of paperwork, print corresponding air bills. Create report to record items sent. Log checks in check log in Compliance with broker/dealer requirements. Enter notes into client database of all activity related to account.
- Oversee seminars, secure venues, schedule consultants to appropriate seminar, create Excel Workbook to record and maintain reservations and costs associated. Prepare seminar material, arrange for delivery and return of material and equipment consultant will use.
- Maintain Wealth Management client correspondence and update information. Open and distribute daily mail.
Assist clients with questions or requests, executing purchases or redemptions when necessary. Oversee maintenance, transfers, and cash management of existing accounts. - Submit all advertising related to press releases, business cards, seminars and brochures to Advertising Compliance for approval and keep all approvals in Compliance folder for review during annual audit.
- Cross train in other functions of the Wealth Management at HVCU Department and perform them as required.
- Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner while providing phone coverage for department, as needed. Provide information about our services, referring caller to the appropriate Wealth Management Financial Consultant or Credit Union department and resolve operational inquiries with respect, tact and diplomacy.

- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements.
