Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Contact Ctr Spec I. Primary Function: interact with members via Contact Center delivery systems and build and enhance member relationships by identifying and recommending solutions to members' financial needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide internal and external member service by responding to calls in all in-bound queues related to product information, account details, loan applications, establishing new accounts for existing members, etc. Conduct outbound calls as directed. Establish long-term financial relationships with members by identifying needs and recommending solutions, including Credit Union Business Partners.
- Identify, research and resolve member issues by providing knowledgeable and professional service. If needed, escalate concerns using the appropriate channels. Contribute to the attainment of organization, department, and personal sales and service goals.

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This Guest Services Attendant is responsible for welcoming and assisting prospective and current guests at the resort. Responsibilities include assisting guests with their luggage and valet parking. General Summary:

Scores tests following appropriate guidelines and compiles ratings for assessments administered to each person we support (PWS).
Writes comprehensive, individualized reports for each PWS (9 – 14 pages) summarizing test results.
Interprets results of assessments and makes appropriate recommendations for accommodations and employment/educational goals based on strengths, weaknesses, achievement level and personal goals of PWS.
Presents the findings of the report and recommendations for PWS at a case conference including the PWS, referring ACCES-VR counselor and other relevant individuals (e.g. parents, school staff, etc.)
Supports employment services program needs and additional services by performing job development and job coaching services, as needed including:

Primary Responsibilities
- Preparing various individual and business tax returns.
- Preparing financial statements and performing audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements for business, not for profit entities and local governments.
- Preparing year end adjusting journal entries and year end closing.
- Supervising and assisting in training staff.
- Ability to prepare sales tax and payroll tax returns.
- Perform an array of projects and tasks for various members of the firm.
- Managing audit and tax engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
- Minimum 5 years of recent audit and tax experience is required.
- CPA or CPA Candidate preferred
- Working knowledge and experience with various accounting programs, such as UltraTax CS, Accounting CS, Fixed Assets, QuickBooks (desktop and online) preferred
- Effectively communicate and interact with everyone on a professional basis
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and general computer knowledge
- Ability to work overtime during peak times.

Job Summary
The Tuxedo Club Laundry & Hotel Room Attendant is a self motivated individual that has good communication skills and attention to detail. This position works in conjunction with the Housekeepers, Locker Room Attendants, and with other members of the F&B department. - Complete full reset of used hotel rooms including but not limited to the following:
- Dust all baseboards, moldings and furniture
- Clean and restock bathrooms with towels and toiletries
- Clean and restock kitchen/kitchenettes with appropriate product to the reservation
- Refresh quiet hotel rooms on an "as need" basis as trained
- Implement spot treatment for all rugs and carpets where needed.
