Location: 81 State Route 9H, Hudson, NY 12534
Job Description: Experienced medical secretary and scheduler needed for community focused healthcare office with the safest air space in Columbia County and supportive team M-Th 8:45-12/12:30. This position includes set-up for holistic services that don't require a medical license (biomat, ozone steam sauna and ionic footbath treatments).
Hours: 13-15 hrs./wk. from 8:45 to 12:00 or 12:30 depending on caseload including office opening.
Requirements: Formal educational program or minimum of two years experience in medical secretarial and scheduling. Must enjoy working with people and have reliable transportation. Necessary skills include microsoft compatible computer use, organizational, interpersonal and telephone communication skills, reliability and ability to multitask and follow up on incomplete processes. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. and place, price and stock orders. Light cleaning. Please do not apply if you are seeking a short-term position. Training rate is $18/hr. for 10 hrs. Hourly rate will be determined by level of experience and skill set. Will train to current electronic health records program and office policies and procedures.
