Job Summary | The Sr. Major Gift Officer (MGO) will serve as the Senior Regional Director of Development for the Southwest Region of the United States and will be responsible for developing a regular cadence of strategic opportunities focused on engaging existing and prospective major donors with the end goal of qualifying, soliciting, and closing major gifts. This role will serve as the primary strategist and staff person for the Texas Triangle Executive Council. The Sr. MGO must collaborate with and convene other Development & Alumni Engagement stakeholders in the region to ensure a coordinated and thoughtful approach to all activities meant to engage RPI’s leading prospects and donors. These stakeholders include but are not limited to Principal Giving, Major Giving, Alumni Relations, and School-/College-affiliated colleagues. Job Summary | Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute is pleased to invite applications for anticipated openings for Adjunct, Lecturer, Sr. Lecturer, and Professor of Practice in the School of Architecture. These appointments may be made for one to three years, and are renewable, contingent upon available funding, enrollment, satisfactory performance, and the business needs of the School of Architecture. Adjunct appointments are made for a single semester. |
Minimum Qualifications | Candidates are expected to have a terminal degree in an area related to the subject matter of their teaching. Candidates must be able to provide evidence of effective teaching or instruction. An Adjunct classification is a non-tenured temporary academic appointment. An Adjunct Faculty must have the prerequisite academic teaching experience and credentials in the course subject area and discipline. |

Job Summary | The Operations Specialist provides operational support for, oversees the day-to-day operations of, and serves as the first point of contact for the office of International Services for Students and Scholars (ISSS), and provides secondary support to the Office of International Programs (OIP). The Specialist also provides triage of student immigration issues and handles multiple issues and concerns as they arise from students, staff, faculty, administrative offices and, on occasion, parents and families. |
