We are seeking a high energy, motivated Point of Sale Warehouse Associate in our Coxsackie, NY facility.
The primary responsibility of the POS Warehouse Associate is to receive, warehouse, distribute and manage POS materials, samples and will-calls. Help Merchandiser in the construction and installation of custom displays. Clean and organize POS warehouse, shop (area where custom displays are constructed) and rebate/shelf talker area.
Manage POS Materials
- Employee handles the receiving of all POS.
- Break down, divide, and organize POS.
- Put away all POS in its designated location of the warehouse.
- Continuously condense POS to make room for new POS.
- Discard expired POS as directed by supervisor.
- Update inventory of all POS on the Data Report and POS System (min 3 times per week)
- Distribute POS to sales reps and Managers or prepare for delivery to accounts as requested. (Place in cubbies or as directed)
- Manage rebates and shelf talkers. Clean and organize this section of the warehouse making sure expiration dates are clearly marked on rebate boxes and expired ones are discarded.
Manage Samples and Will-calls
- Receive and check in samples and will-calls from warehouse or transfer truck.
- Lock up all product in the designated secured area of the warehouse.
- Distribute to the sales reps and managers with proper documentation. (Printed name and signature from recipients as the sample policy states)
Merchandising Responsibilities
- Install both special displays and stock POS by working with merchandisers, customers, and sales management on the coordination of timing and location of displays.
- Daily monitoring of POS System to check for ordered displays awaiting installation.
- Input completed displays into the POS system in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations including company vans (maintenance) and work area.
Safety Protocol
- Perform daily safety checks on all equipment before use, confirming accordance with specific equipment requirements and maintain these records for 30 days.
- Maintain safety certification on all machinery used on the job. (Forklifts, pallet jacks and cardboard compactor)
- Wear all safety devices required (safety harness, vest and safety shoes)
General Responsibilities
- Receive and distribute incoming packages (FedEx and UPS) to designated recipients.
- Set up and break down salesroom for meetings.
- Help Merchandisers in the construction of custom display pieces.
- Assist in the installation of custom displays when needed.
- Assemble stock POS for distribution (display racks and mass pieces)
- Run deliveries when needed.
Housekeeping/Cleaning
- Clean POS Warehouse (sweep floors and pickup any loose plastic wrap or debris on floor and pallets)
- Clean and organize rebate and shelf talker area of the warehouse.
- Dispose of garbage and expired POS into dumpster.
- Clear and salt walkways at office when needed.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

We are seeking a high energy, motivated Night Warehouse Supervisor in our Coxsackie, NY Distribution Center.
The primary duties of the Night Shift Supervisor will strive to achieve the production and
distribution objectives of the company using supervisory methods and coaching techniques. Is
responsible for warehouse training, developing warehouse personnel to ensure accurate, on
time, and damage free movement of product shipped out of the warehouse. Will help build a
team environment of well-trained employees. Employ excellent communication skills to facilitate
completion of night shift job duties. Follow and promote the accepted safety practices to
maintain a safe working environment. Emphasis will be placed on proper truck loading and
breakage and damaged product control ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Position will also learn the processes and serve as a back up to the night managers in the areas
of shift production set up; understanding how to and executing on waving, label creation, job
assignment, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as needed to ensure successful night shift
work completion in the absence of the night shift Manager.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESULTS
• Must be able to multi-task and stay on top of highly complex processes with a large
amount of data.
• Must be able to maintain composure and stay focused in times of stress.
• Must be able to recognize problems at an early stage and be able to communicate and
trouble shoot to resolve the problems.
• Must possess good communication skills to keep night management fully apprised of
situations that arise. When necessary, will need to contact technical support to resolve

• Supervises warehouse union employees. Working knowledge and a thorough
understanding of the Collective Bargaining Unit Contract is required.
• Expected to provide staff coaching for improvement as well as praise for a job well done.
• Works with all hourly employees to insure the accurate picking of orders and proper
loading of trucks.
• Must have knowledge of SAP, Lucas, and all warehouse management systems.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises members of the night warehouse team. Works closely with Management to direct the
workflow in an efficient and professional manner. Is responsible for providing effective

coordination, and evaluation of the department. Performs supervisory responsibilities in
accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but are
not limited to training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; recognizing,
rewarding, and coaching; addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Job Summary | The Production Coordinator will plan and coordinate production operations (stage, audio, video, IT) for assigned projects that come into the EMPAC facility. Minimum Qualifications | Applicants must possess an MFA, PhD, or foreign equivalent in Game Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a closely related field. They will demonstrate proficiency in one or more game engines, along with a robust background in project management and production processes within the gaming industry. Additionally, candidates must exhibit a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment. For appointment at the rank of Senior Lecturer, candidates must also have attained a significant level of scholarly activity, research output, or individual creative practice. A Professor of Practice has obtained unique professional experience, has distinguished research, and/or has performed at an executive or officer level, and has made a significant impact within the field of games. Job Summary | The Department of Science & Technology Studies (STS) in the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute seeks a tenure track/tenured Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor specializing in Community Engagement and Community-Based Research and whose research and teaching is grounded in Science and Technology Studies (STS). The successful candidate will extend the STS research portfolio in the areas of public understanding of science, citizen science, community-based participatory research, participatory action research, participatory design, and/or public engagement in science and technology policymaking. They will teach required courses for the majors in Science, Technology, and Society; Design, Innovation and Society; and Sustainability Studies, as well as the PhD program in Science and Technology Studies. The position is 40% teaching, 40% research, 20% service. |

Job Summary | The Program Administrator, Sr manages activities of the Center of Excellence in Digital Game Development at RPI, also known as the Digital Gaming Hub, administered through the Games and Simulation Arts and Sciences Program in the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. Supervisor: Chief Information Officer
Position Purpose: Manages the Client Services and Learning Environments team, handling both personnel and financial aspects. Leads support for students, faculty, and staff by evaluating technical issues and collaborating with ITS (Information Technology Services) peers to implement effective solutions. Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Collaborates with stakeholders to identify needs, assess technology, and provide informed purchasing recommendations. Manages inventory, optimizing stock to support client services efficiently. Oversees evaluation of new products aligning with department goals and user needs.
- Event Support and Logistics: Works with the Assistant Director of Learning Environments to ensure responsive and high quality support for electronic classrooms and events being held on the Union College campus, including Zoom webinars. Provides oversight of work with departments to configure/install audio visual (AV) equipment needed in conference rooms or labs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business Administration, and a minimum of 5 years of successful management experience in a service-oriented technology environment, and/or a combination of relevant education, training, certifications, and/or work experience. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Windows and Apple client hardware and operating systems.
- Proven experience implementing performance metrics for operational analysis and decision-making purposes.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and mentoring.

Compensation
The annual salary range this position is $95,000.00 - $110,000.00. Except for roles with a set rate of pay, the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training.
