Job Summary | The Manager of Campaign and Special Projects, reporting to the Associate Vice President of Development and Campaign Director (Associate Vice President), serves as a project manager for Rensselaer’s Comprehensive Campaign. The Campaign Manager is responsible for monitoring campaign performance, overseeing campaign reporting, preparing campaign timelines and coordinating the volunteer campaign structure. The Campaign Manager also supports the Associate Vice President and the Vice President of Institute Advancement in the preparation of campaign activity and campaign reports for university leadership including the university’s Board of Trustees. |

As an Office Manager, you will providing daily administrative support to residential program staff in a variety of capacities which includes assisting the Executive Program Director in ensuring daily operations of the residential program are efficient and organized so that the program runs effectively and the staff are supported with daily needs outside of clinical support. You will report to the Executive Program Director, Residential and will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Support the referral, intake and discharge processes for the office.
- Help coordinates visitations across the residential campus.
- Coordinate the onboarding of all new staff and staff at the end of employment or status change.
- Coordinate any IT service requests and needs of the program and staff.
- Assist staff in understanding the different computer programs that the agency and program utilizes.
- Engage with callers on a daily basis with a kind, caring and positive attitude.
- Manage all Level of Difficulty paperwork.
- Assist all counties with billing and program questions.
- Facilitate all third-party reviews for the service plan review meetings.
- Assist Executive Program Director with the review of information and submissions in Connections systems.
- Compile data related to admissions and discharges on a monthly basis.
- Compile data in a report summarizing office census, location and bed availability of Residential Census on a monthly basis.
- Order office supplies.
- Facilitate communication of parents, guardians, visitors, youth in care, clinical, child care, medical, supervisory, and other agency staff, assuring smooth program operations.
- Protect confidentiality by monitoring record cabinets for security and proper sign-out procedures, and by following release of information guidelines.
- Maintain clinical records and information sheets from admission to discharge, assuring timely and accurate filing of clinical material for open and closed records.
- Type/transcribe clinical dictation, reports, letters, and assessments, proofreading for accuracy.
- Provide support services to residential administrative staff, including taking and transcribing minutes, organizing project reports, and scheduling meetings as requested.
- Coordinate the quarterly case planning/treatment reviews for all youth in care and distribute information to participants.
- Manage program sheets, submit notices, and provide up to date census information to all that need it.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a High School Diploma and at least three to five years of related experience, or an Associates and one to two years of education and experience or a Bachelors and less than one year.

Controller
Pay Status and Classification: Exempt, regular full-time
Supervisor: Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF)
Position Purpose: As the Controller is a key member of the VPAF team, this position requires the chosen individual to be an effective and trusted partner that is able to provide direction and guidance in financial and accounting matters. This successful candidate will provide leadership and coordination of the College’s accounting, tax, and financial operations, and reporting functions in a manner that ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements, promotes effective, efficient work processes, and aligns with the strategic goals of the College. The Controller also establishes effective, collaborative working relationships with members of the College community and external vendors serving as a resource and key liaison within the College community.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Financial Reporting and Accounting: Coordinates and manages the monthly, quarterly and year end closing processes, partnering with the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis as appropriate and necessary. Manages all general ledger activity including maintenance of chart of accounts, data accuracy and timely reconciliation of accounts. Responsible for accounting posting rules and accounting management using the College’s Workday platform. Coordinates and manages the Controller team, working with campus stakeholders in the production of financial reports and analyses on topics such as research grants, endowment funding, and other internally-managed funds.
Financial Compliance: Coordinates the external audits of the college including financial statement, single and 403(b) audits. Works with stakeholders to prepare 990 and 990-T; review of annual Form 5500 filing and other regulatory and external reporting as may be required. Manages debt compliance and reporting for the College. Manages compliance with federal, state, and private granting agencies in partnership with various College departments including management of all grant related accounting and reporting.
Treasury Management, Endowment Analysis, Risk Management: Works with VPAF as necessary on effective investment and deployment of available cash balances. Performs necessary Investment and Endowment analysis for efficient management and effective spending. Manages the insurance portfolio for the College including ongoing assessment of operational risk, maintenance of adequate liability and property coverage, and coordination of annual renewals.
Finance Team Supervision and Development: Hires, supervises, and coaches financial services team members. Directs the goals and priorities of two Assistant Controllers, the Bursar’s Office and the Payroll Office. Sets the direction and operating standards for delivering financial services to Union departments. Seeks out, applies, and shares knowledge of higher education accounting and financial services trends and innovations through research, participating in peer networks and professional associations, and continuing education.
Administration: Serves on college committees as assigned. Works closely with the Vice President for Administration and Finance on projects and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 10+ years of progressively increasing responsibility, preferably in not for profit/higher education accounting and/or a combination of relevant education, training, certifications, and/or work experience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Experience supervising other financial services or administrative professionals.

Qualifications:

Job Summary | The Program Administrator, Sr manages activities of the Center of Excellence in Digital Game Development at RPI, also known as the Digital Gaming Hub, administered through the Games and Simulation Arts and Sciences Program in the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. Job Summary | The NORDTECH Hub has a collection of distributed tooling and process capabilities provided by NORDTECH prototyping and core facilities. As the Facility Coordinator for the NORDTECH Hub, you coordinate facility activities within the NORDTECH community, and develop and maintain detailed knowledge of all capabilities at the prototyping and core facility sites in order to serve as a Hub subject matter expert. Select, train and supervise student workers on operation and support of A/V equipment and technology use in electronic classrooms and office procedures.
Evaluate and adjust student work schedules for office coverage.
Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, generating reports, meeting and greeting campus personnel.
Maintain inventory and organization of all A/V, computer equipment and peripherals, including a hardware database and asset management.
Manage the general maintenance, documentation, and regular inspection of electronic classrooms and other facilities.
Work with clients to best determine support needs and to provide those needs for individual events, classes, etc.
Work with the Office of Special Events and Conferences to provide A/V equipment and planning for special events; also work with outside vendors to provide services for campus special events.
Coordinate delivery, setup, operation and retrieval of equipment for various locations on campus.
Provide Tier I support for campus-wide sound and video projection systems, electronic classrooms, and other facilities; train faculty/staff who need to use facilities; perform basic computer troubleshooting; reinstall operating systems and applications; set up computers in classrooms and labs.
Replace lamp modules in projectors; swap out A/V equipment in locations across campus.
Assist with training and successful execution of video/web conferences.
Digital media management and distribution, including audio and video recording for events and speakers, dubbing, editing, and posting online.
Assist with audio and video recording of live events, with a knowledge of video editing software applications.
Qualifications:
AS degree in Applied Sciences or Computer Information Systems is required; BS degree preferred.
A minimum of 6 months hands-on experience with audio, video and projection systems; 2+ years preferred.
Knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems; some understanding of networks and printers is desired.
Reliable and dependable in performing job-related tasks, finishing assigned tasks, meeting deadlines and appointments.
Highly detail oriented, with a critical degree of accuracy to coordinate, prioritize, and complete multiple time-critical tasks to meet classroom and special event needs.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills; ability to work independently and with others.
Work effectively in a service-oriented environment with a variety of people and disciplines.
Proficiency with A/V and associated equipment (such as Crestron control systems) is desired.

Compensation:
The rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. Description
Clinician, Family Treatment Court
As a Clinician, you will provide home and community-based clinical services with Schenectady Family Treatment Court participants and their family members to help preserve or reunite them in accordance with Northern Rivers Family of Service's stated purpose and mission of protecting children, preserving families and strengthening communities. You will report to the Director of Home and Community-based Services and will work onsite with community-based travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations within agreed upon timelines in-person or via Telehealth of parents and children whose cases are accepted into the Family Treatment Court.
- Make referrals for recommended mental health treatment, perform ongoing case management, and report back to the Family Treatment Court team on the progress of each family member who is receiving mental health services. For individuals not currently working with a provider, partner with a licensed provider and consult with any other relevant providers to whom those individuals are referred to services.
- Work with substance use disorder treatment providers to ensure that the treatment plan for addressing any identified mental health issues works in conjunction with the treatment plan for addressing the substance use disorder issues.
- Participate in regular team meetings.
- Provide strategies to parents whose mental health issues create safety concerns for their children.
- Provide knowledge and resources to the treatment court team, as well as to parents, regarding children who have mental health diagnoses.
- Maintain documentation (such as project logs, reports and records in appropriate files and databases) and provide continuous feedback to Family Treatment Court team members regarding participant progress.
- Assist in collecting and maintaining data as required by Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related filed and at least one year of post-graduate experience.
- Must have a valid NYS driver’s license.

Job Summary | The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Office of Intellectual Property and Technology Licensing (IPTL) and serves as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications | 5 or more years in related experience in an office setting, to include organizing and supporting the activities of professional and leadership within the office, managing priorities, handling routine office operations matters, and handling the administrative and transactional details related to the business. Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered. |
Preferred Qualifications | Associate degree or bachelor's degree in relevant field Experience working with law firms and legal matters |

Shift | Business Hours: Monday - Friday. Hybrid work arrangement is available. |
