Job Summary | The Program Manager leads operational and administrative management of the Fashion Innovation Center (FIC), including for the FIC’s innovative business accelerator, funded projects, industry development, education and outreach, and service-related programs. POSITION OVERVIEW
Residential Case Manager
Our Residential Case Manager will work out of our Albany, NY campus and will be responsible for supporting clients in the Residential System while performing duties in collaboration with a clinician.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrange and attend home visits
- Prepare transition plans
- Coordinate Independent Living Services
- Act as the primary contact between Schools and Residential
- Coach family visits
- Complete various assessments, including FASP and SPR
- Complete accurate case notes and timely input the notes into Connections database
- Provide transportation for clients
- Maintain contact with DSS and family
- Function as a contributing member of the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Attend dorm meetings
- Attend treatment review meetings
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Requires a Bachelors degree or commensurate level of education and related experience.
Experience with individuals in care systems preferred.
Drivers license is required for this position.
Work requires 25 50% community travel/visits.

Job Summary | The Manager of Advancement Communications reports to the Director of Advancement Communications and Donor Impact and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day marketing and communications activity within Institute Advancement, providing communications support and management for planned giving, annual giving, regional and constituent development, alumni engagement (including the RAA as needed), and events. Job Summary | The Program Administrator, Sr manages activities of the Center of Excellence in Digital Game Development at RPI, also known as the Digital Gaming Hub, administered through the Games and Simulation Arts and Sciences Program in the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. Job Summary | This is a part-time position. The executive housekeeper performs a variety of housekeeping duties for the residence of the President of Rensselaer in accordance with established standards and procedures. The executive housekeeper will periodically inventory supplies and equipment; investigate new and improved cleaning instruments and make recommendations to the House manager. Candidates must be comfortable with dogs, as the home is pet-friendly with two resident dogs, and occasional pets from visitors and family. |

Job Summary | The Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute seeks applications for a tenure-track faculty position starting Fall 2025, at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, from scholars who work in areas at the cutting edge of finance, quantitative finance, financial economics, and/or financial analytics, as they pertain to the digital transformation of the financial services industry. Candidates must have a PhD degree in a relevant business discipline from an accredited university along with demonstrated evidence of producing original and innovative scholarly work with publications in premier business journals. The successful candidate will join Lally either as a tenure-track assistant professor, or as an associate professor, based on teaching and research experience and success. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated potential and commitment to effective teaching in our graduate and undergraduate courses in basic and advanced topics in analytics for finance and accounting, as well as provide service to the Lally School of Management and to Rensselaer. Job Summary | The NORDTECH Hub has a collection of distributed tooling and process capabilities provided by NORDTECH prototyping and core facilities. As the Facility Coordinator for the NORDTECH Hub, you coordinate facility activities within the NORDTECH community, and develop and maintain detailed knowledge of all capabilities at the prototyping and core facility sites in order to serve as a Hub subject matter expert. The Facilities Coordinator will coordinate the work plans between facilities while monitoring the progress of the projects. In addition, the coordinator works closely with the NORDTECH leadership team and facility advising committee to create a comprehensive description of the facility capabilities and define best practices for transition through and across facilities. The coordinator will be responsible for updating metrics on NORDTECH-resourced facility capabilities, status, and access processes for NORDTECH projects and making this data available to NORDTECH members. |

They will demonstrate proficiency in one or more game engines, along with a robust background in project management and production processes within the gaming industry. POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Residential Assistant Supervisor, you will supervise staff who provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to agency policy and governing body standards and requirements. You will report to the Residential Supervisor and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise program activity which will lead to the attainment of goals described within treatment plans
- Supervise and evaluate the work of residential staff assigned to residential programs.
- Work shifts on the unit as assigned, which could include variable shifts (several days and several evenings each week)
- Work as one of the staff within the staff-to-youth ratio on the unit
- Work as a role model for newer, less experienced staff
- Maintain records
- Participate in the training of residential staff
- Seek out training opportunities for all staff relevant to the work on the unit
- Participate in residential staff meetings
- Understand and apply the general framework and expected outcomes of the various treatment models used with the youth,
- Maintain safety and an environment that supports youth to be safe and make progress on the unit
- Make the unit a family-friendly place, where family members feel welcome and activities are planned that include family members. Teach, and then ensure, that staff persons treat family members with respect and listen to their concerns, document them, and pass them on to the appropriate clinician and administrator.
- Teach and ensure all staff members treat all youth, family members, collaterals, neighbors, and the general public with respect and dignity at all times. Everyone should be spoken to in a calm, rational voice, without rancor.
- Maintain the physical order of the building and therapeutic environment of the units
- Develop and maintain schedules within the assigned campus residential unit
- Help evaluate youth referred to the Agency for residential care
- Participate in the appropriate on call system
- Participate in the financial responsibilities of the residential unit following established guidelines
- Participate in and organize program and agency wide special events and services
- Oversee and transport clients for medical, mental health, and other essential needs
- Work with clinical staff to coordinate the implementation of treatment plans in the milieu
- Assist in crisis intervention
Requirements and Education:
- Requires an Associate’s degree plus three years of experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred, OR HS plus at least five years of experience required.
- Related experience with vulnerable populations and older adolescent population is required.
- Must have supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to manage a residential unit.
- Required to maintain TCI certification.
- A valid driver’s license and meet agency insurability standards for using agency vehicles and transporting youth.
- Must pass physical.

POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Residential Youth Counselor, you will provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to agency policy and governing bodies' (DSS, OMH, JCAHO, etc.) requirements for elementary aged children.. You will work on-site on our Albany campus and will report to the Residential Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Provide for the physical and psychological needs of clients, including physical safety, hygiene, clothing, food, cooking, medical care, and providing a reliable and nurturing environment.
- You will follow an individual youth’s 1:1 expectations plan, ICMP, and any safety plans in place.
- Engage the youth in activities and conversation that are age appropriate and at the appropriate developmental level.
- Document in writing a summary of each shift.
- Learn the history and specific issues associated with the youth who requires 1:1; will learn how to safely manage any crisis.
- Transport 1:1 client for medical, mental health, and other essential needs.

- You will must be able to work within trauma informed framework of program, including identifying and using coping/safety plans, maintaining consistency, providing regular routine, and controlling own response to youth.
- Engage and form positive relationship with all youth served.
- Complete all mandatory trainings according to programmatic guidelines.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Foster Family Program provides foster and pre-adoptive foster homes to children from birth through age 21 who have been removed from their homes and placed in foster care. Each foster parent receives training and ongoing professional support to promote a positive, successful experience. The position is responsible for recruiting and assessing prospective foster homes, which includes training and case management of the certification process. The position also requires the maintenance of each certified foster home, including recertifying each home, ensuring agency and state standards are met with their licensure.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Employees are expected to be awake and alert while working.
- Participate actively in community activities and events to recruit foster parents
- Participate in developing an active recruitment plan for recruiting foster parents
- Handle inquiries and applications from potential foster parents
- Facilitate all orientation meetings with potential foster parents
- Complete all paperwork for the certification process
- Prepare and present GPS/MAPP training for potential foster parents
- Assess families ability to foster children as it relates to 12 skills of successful fostering
- Complete home studies for all recommended foster homes
- Conduct safety assessments to assure the health and safety of foster homes
- Facilitate CPR/First Aid process and other agency pre-certification trainings
- Maintain certified foster family records
- Handle the recertification process, including development of yearly skill development plan with each family, assessing strengths and needs of the foster home
- Provide ongoing training and support for certified parents in conjunction with the foster care team
- Check with certified families on quarterly basis to monitor strengths and needs of the foster home
- Coordinate annual holiday party and a foster parent appreciation event as retention efforts

POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Family Support Worker, you will work as part of the Short-term Services Program which was developed as an intensive case-management service to rapidly resolve the concrete and referral needs of families entering the Child Welfare System. By successfully resolving these issues within 90 days of admission, families are at a reduced risk for being referred to Long-term CPS. Services are provided in the office, home, school, and community. You will report to the Coordinator of Short-term Services and will work onsite with community-based travel required.
